202.5lbs

Wow, I guess even though there are ups and downs day to day, overall my progress is steady. I did really well yesterday. The usual breakfast, an apple later, and a myoplex protein shake for dinner, and then more importantly nothing later on. 3lbs in 6 days. That’s still on track to meet my goal in 60 days, well ahead of the 84 day plan.
