200.5lbs

Holding steady, but wish I would have made more progress. Egg Beaters bkfst, tuna fish lunch, .75 ribeye and potato for dinner. That’s in line with the BFL program, but still I didn’t lose any more. Have to come to terms with the fact that until I start working out, probably not much more progress can be made.
