200lbs

I guess walking the stairs helped. I also did a lot of other walking yesterday. Also, having that protein shake in the morning, while not a breakfast, helped. I’ll walk the stairs again today. Playing golf, especially by walking and carrying my bag would be really good. I can only imagine how vigorous working out would do. The pounds would melt off!
