Finally! It took forever, but I finally broke 200. I did start walking the dogs, on the leash that is, so that helps a little, but it’s nothing like full work outs. But, hey, I’m happy I’m making progress, even if it is slow. Next goal: 195.


  1. Hey, good on you for reaching your goal. My next one is the 30 pounds lost mark by this Friday, which happens to be my 40th birthday.

    I’d love to work out with you someday. I lost about 10lbs in the last year! Beijos… Ju.
