196lbs

Hey, I’m making progress, even if it is in a zig zag line sort of like a stock price. I’m starting to work out again, and run on the treadmill at the gym, and of course that is just making the biggest difference in the world.  Working out those muscles burns fat like nothing else,  and what is more, it continues to burn fat and metabolize in your body for the rest of the day even after your hour work out is over. Can’t wait to see 195.5 because that’ll be exactly 10lbs since I started, which seems like about two months ago. I’ll have to check.
